Sam Patel, M.D., M.B.A.
Sam Patel is an Experienced Serial Entrepreneur with a demonstrated history in the healthcare industry. As an undergraduate alum from Purdue University and carrying both a Doctor of Medicine and Master in Business Administration degrees, Sam has a unique background in understanding how to optimize medical/aesthetic practices and patient care while allowing his businesses to thrive and generate high profit. As an owner of multiple practices, Sam not only has the understanding of business development in healthcare from the ground up, but also the expertise to sustain a successful business well after it is established.
Sam is the Founder of LIV Wellness Lounge, an ultra-luxury medical spa with two locations specialized in aesthetics, body, skin, and wellness. Additionally, Sam is a CoFounder of Onyx Medical Partners which develops innovative solutions in medical education creating first to market Live Virtual Clinical Rotations for medical students both domestic and international for over a dozen universities.

Elysia Coventry
With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Elysia has a robust history of experiences in both private practice and hospital environments. After raising two children, Elysia was ready for the next chapter of her career with LIV Wellness Lounge as the Director of Operations. As a start up business, Elysia helped design and execute the BTL program at LIV Wellness Lounge which resulted in over $400,000 in revenue in the first 6 months. Elysia’s expertise in both patient care and communication coupled with her creative and innovative thinking, has found both her and her business great success.
As one of the Founding Partners of Astra Culture, Elysia now invests much of her time sharing her experiences and secrets to success with other practices in the launch of their new practice. One of Elysia’s strongest beliefs for long term success is prioritizing what the patient’s true concerns are, creating goals that meet their comfort level and budget, and setting expectations for outcomes and results.
