There are two ways to start. Book a 15-minute discovery call, and we will look at your practice together, or send a message and we will come back to you. The call is faster, and you get more out of it, so most people start there.
Fifteen minutes, no cost, and no obligation afterward. We will look at where your practice is now, find the gap costing you the most, and tell you what we would do about it. You get that either way, whether you become a client or not.
You talk, we listen. What the practice looks like, what you have tried, and what made you book this call. There is no form to fill in first and no assessment to complete.
We ask the questions that surface the real constraint, which is usually not the one owners expect. Most practices assume they have a marketing problem. More often it is conversion, structure, or a team that has never been trained on the thing you need them to do.
You get our honest read and the first two or three moves we would make. If that is something you can execute on your own, we will say so. If it is a bigger piece of work, we will explain what that looks like and you can decide in your own time.
Named specifically, not described in general terms.
Things you can act on this week, whether we are involved or not.
If Astra is not the right partner for what you need, we will tell you on the call rather than after a proposal.
Owners and operators of cash-pay practices: medical spas, wellness clinics, and specialty practices across surgery, OB/GYN, chiropractic, and dental. Whether you are running one location or several, the conversation works the same way.
It is most useful if you already know something is not working. Maybe the schedule has gaps you cannot explain, or the team is busy without the revenue reflecting it, or a device you invested in is not paying for itself. If you cannot yet name the problem, that is fine, and finding it is what the first five minutes are for.
Use the form and we will get back to you. Tell us what is going on in the practice and we will point you in the right direction, even if that turns out not to be us.

Take the two minute questionnaire instead. It covers the same territory as the call and shows you where the gaps in your practice are without needing to speak to anyone. You can always book afterward.
